Originality Matters: Navigating plagiarism in the age of AI (offline session on iTheticate Software)

Mahatma Gandhi University Library is conducting an offline session on iTheticate Software-” Originality Matters: Navigating plagiarism in the age of AI “. This initiative is intended to engage with both the student body and faculty members, as part of our ongoing efforts to promote academic integrity and responsible writing practices. This session will address user queries, provide hands-on guidance, and support effective use of the Turnitin platform.

The primary objectives of the session include:

# Academic Integrity Awareness: Understanding challenges in the current digital and research-intensive environment.

# Best Practices: Sharing actionable insights on ethical research and writing practices to minimise plagiarism concerns.

# Product Demonstration: A live demonstration of Turnitin iThenticate 2.0 and its AI detection capabilities to showcase how the tool supports academic writing and feedback workflows.
